The way the thing walks is creepy. But you should include details like where is the car park etc etc. Interesting blog, btw.
My opinion is there is a person walking by and the light shines on the person. Thereby, causing his/ her shadow to be casted in that manner. *Note that you may not be able to see the person as there is a post blocking*
